Apartment block near Echo Park and a few blocks from the Grand Concourse. It’s still there today, although with numerous unflattering alterations, including 1) window AC-units, 2) incorrect windows, and 3) once again (keep finding this) roofline that’s been changed so ornamentation is gone.
